A suburban location only 12 miles from Philadelphia with four beautiful seasons, gorgeous gothic architecture and three on-campus train stations 鈥搕here's no better place to be! Campus is always bustling as Villanovans are heading to classes, meeting with professors, attending club meetings, practices and social events, and doing all the things that fill our expansive campus with spirited activity.

In the region, you have access to the amazing shopping and dining experiences of the historic Main Line while reaping the benefits of the big city with incredible internship and career opportunities, along with important and diverse cultural attractions. Our central location offers convenient transportation by car or train to almost anywhere on the east coast with New York City and Washington D.C. only a short trip away.

91探花enjoys a four-season climate warmer than that of Boston and cooler than that of Washington, DC. with average high and low temperatures of 63.3 F and 47.6 F. From autumn leaves to lush greenery, our campus is a must-see in any season.

91探花is located on Pennsylvania's historic Main Line. With countless dining, shopping and entertainment venues, it is a popular destination for 91探花students and are accessible to students via the free Wildcat Shuttle.

Located two miles from Villanova's existing campus, the 112-acre Cabrini Campus will include a dynamic mix of academic, housing, dining, and recreational experiences. Opening in Fall 2026.
